ProMo is thrilled to support Samaritans through Service Design training. We’ll be working with Samaritans and a panel of young people to co-design product prototypes for digital safety.

ProMo supports the third and public sector through Service Design to build better services with and for people. We specialise in co-designing with young people to make sure their voice, experience and behaviours inform the design of digital services. ProMo brings this digital expertise along with learning in youth work, community organising, cultural engagement and creativity. 

Through working with third and public sector organisations, we share our insights and get a chance to learn from new approaches and perspectives. This learning helps inform the projects we deliver, like Meic and TheSprout. As a social enterprise, we sell services across the UK to generate funding. This funding is invested in our community projects in Wales like EVI. 

We look forward to working with Samaritans and the youth panel to co-design products that will make a difference in many lives.
