Patricia has been with ProMo-Cymru since its inception as cooperative development officer, Trustee and now HR Coordinator. These varied roles have given her a sound knowledge of the company. With years of experience and a degree in Business Development, she has worked across Wales giving business advice and managing projects. Pat served on the Vale of Glamorgan European Funding Management Board and the Objective 2 advisory panel and worked closely with the Welsh Government on the Cyfenter research. Associate member of the CIPD and undertaking constant updates and training for her role.
