Meic has been increasing its visibility recently, with appearances on ITV Wales News, BBC Free Speech live debate show and getting out and about at events such as Skills Cymru in Llandudno.

Links have also been made with organisations such as Time To Change Wales. Selena Elliott, an adviser advocate on the Meic Helpline has been keen to share her knowledge and experiences with the team and followers about mental health.

Selena is a champion and educator with Time To Change Wales and has pledged to speak up about mental health and #endstigma. Her aim is to educate employers and service providers about the benefits of supporting people experiencing mental illness to stay in work or education, using her experience of employment at ProMo-Cymru as a working example.
