ProMo-Cymru’s Chair, Dr. Len Arthur, has co-authored a report regarding the involvement of development agencies in cultural enterprise and economic regeneration.
The report analyses 3 organisations working with young people to develop and promote musical talent. The 3 different development agencies are a publicly funded organisation, an independent community organisation and a private sector organisation.
The report is also written by Molly Scott Cato, Russell Smith and Tom Keenoy and was published by the Wales Institute for Research and Cooperatives. To read the report please download the PDF from the link below.
