New staff: Faron Hadfield-Jones

ProMo-Cymru welcomes Faron Hadfield-Jones, our latest part-time CLIC development officer.

Faron has joined CLIC as maternity cover for Tania Russell-Owen, and is no stranger to CLIC, having delivered its training package to young people in Rhondda Cynon Taff and Wrexham.

As a youth worker he brings a wealth of experience, having worked in Wrexham, Cardiff and Denbighshire youth services. Faron is currently based in Mold and his role will cover Wrexham, Flintshire, Conwy and Anglesey. Faron will be providing support as the link officer, promoting training and developing regional opportunities within the network.

Faron is a professional youth worker, having studied Youth and Community Education at Glyndwr University, and has continued to work in the youth sector supporting the development of specialist youth work, which includes mobile and detached youth work. Faron is a rugby enthusiast and never fails to miss a Welsh rugby international. He also has a keen interest in ICT.
