We are currently looking for an organised and enthusiastic person to join the MEIC team as a Project Administrator, operating out of our Cardiff office. The successful candidate will enjoy working with a dedicated team of staff in a developing service.
You will be responsible for maintaining diaries and arranging appointments; dealing with general office duties and correspondence; preparing invoices for payment and managing petty cash systems; preparing agendas and minute taking.
You will have experience of dealing with people and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Confident computer skills and knowledge of using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint . You will have strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and work on your own initiative.
This is a part-time position – 21 hours per week.
Salary: £16,054 per annum (pro-rata)
