We are recruiting for a number of Advocacy Helpine Advisors to work as part of a team responding to callers for the pilot National Advice, Information and Advocacy Helpline Service. These suitably experienced individuals will provide direct helpline support, signpost callers to relevant information or make referrals to outside organisations where appropriate.
