If you’re in Cardiff City Centre this Thursday then pop in to HeadSpace, a pop-up shop organised by the National Centre for Mental Health: free cake and hot drinks, live comedy, performance and art, and the chance to learn about and de-stigmatise mental health.
Staff member Dan Grosvenor will be talking with Professor Ian Jones, the deputy director of the NCMH, about how our work with encouraging young people to express their feelings creatively has helped them tackle problems with mental health and the important role communication plays, both in coping with mental illness and in ending stigma.
