Cardiff’s sensational Empty Walls festival kicked off with a memorable night of music, art and socialising at The Abacus on 26 September. It was wonderful to celebrate this incredible creative adventure with over 300 people.

The Abacus is a space for artists, musicians and other creatively-blooded people to explore, practice and develop their ideas. It is a collaborative venture between Cardiff-based arts collective and resident artists, the Modern Alchemists, and ProMo-Cymru. Empty Walls is a festival organised by Modern Alchemists, where they are transforming walls all over the city into an urban gallery.
