CLICzine issue #4 is being distributed across Wales this month. This issue is unique because it has two different covers: one for the Welsh cover and one for the English.

The Welsh cover features a collage of the CLIC National Editorial Group on their residential in Anglesey earlier this year, while the English side features rock band The Blackout, who are headlining Merthyr Rock in September.

The winner of this year’s CLIC Battle Of The Bands will get to share the main stage with them.
