Claire Gardner has been appointed as our CLIC Information and Quality Standards Officer, based in Ebbw Vale.  Claire is responsible for developing and coordinating the core information in CLIC and working on a best practice resource and quality standards for information. Claire will also facilitate and co-ordinate partnerships with national information service providers.

Claire has over 10 years’ experience of working with young carers, being involved in outreach, detached and youth offending programmes, running youth clubs and setting up and delivering youth projects.  Claire has a degree in Psychology, Criminology and Criminal Justice and is currently studying towards her Master’s in Health Psychology.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys going to gigs and listening to music, which is one of her passions along with films and animals.  She is particularly interested in health, lifespan and developmental psychology and has a very cute dog named Zoe.
