The Welsh Government is currently running an anti-bullying campaign with a focus on gender bullying. MEIC is supporting the campaign by providing assistance to children and young people who are dealing with issues around bullying.

Over the last 12 months MEIC has see a 77% rise in contact from children and young people facing bullying. Children and young people contact MEIC for advice on how to resolve a situation and advocacy support to speak out about the issues they are facing. MEIC has advocated on behalf of children and young people, speaking to other professionals as a way forward.

MEIC supports children and young people facing issues such as these 24 hours a day, all year round. They also spend time working with professionals who would like to know more about advice and advocacy for children and young people.
