Universities Heads of the Valleys Institute (UHOVI) will be running a course on How to Set Up a Community Sport / Physical Activity Enterprise at Ebbw Vale Institute on Thursday 10th May and Friday 11th May from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

This course aims to introduce what is required to set up and run a community sport / physical activity enterprise, as well as familiarising learners with potential sources of funding to support their ideas, and also helping them to develop enterprise ideas based on sport and physical activity.

Learners will be introduced to examples of existing community sport projects and good practice to help you to develop new ideas in relation to your own communities, as well as learning about all the elements that need to come together to make your own project sustainable and successful.
