ProMo-Cymru organised a Strategy Day on Wednesday 8 June at Ebbw Vale Institute to carry out a strategic review of its activities, assets and future direction.

All staff were engaged in the discussion of reviewing our current position and how we may start to prepare for ProMo’s next phase of development and identify the organisation’s longer-term strategy.

These discussions will form a starting point in the process of strategy development which we hope to complete by Autumn.
