Stephanie Hoffman

Head of Social Action

Following her graduation from Swansea University, Stephanie has spent over 30 years building her career in the Welsh non-governmental (NGO) sector. She has developed a deep commitment to social justice and honed her leadership skills through working with people who are inadequately housed, living with severe mental illness, navigating family conflict and relationship breakdowns, or misusing drugs and alcohol. Stephanie is passionate about amplifying the voices of the unheard through influence and advocacy.

Drawing on her personal experiences of global travel and grandparenthood, her 10+ years at ProMo Cymru have rekindled her connection to the joy of childhood and youth and reinforced her belief in the power of continued learning and growth.
