As the former Chief Executive for over 27 years, Marco has been the driving force behind ProMo Cymru’s growth into a leading third sector organisation in Wales. In his current role, he provides strategic development and future planning to ensure that ProMo remains at the forefront of social innovation; this includes guiding the next generation of leadership and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Marco has expertise in social economics and cultural democracy and has dedicated his career to empowering marginalised voices. Under his leadership, ProMo developed a distributed leadership approach, where every single individual has the agency to innovate and create meaningful change.
