Liz has over 20 years experience in the public sector. She has worked in adult and young people services within the criminal justice system, homelessness, substance misuse, and domestic violence sectors.
At ProMo, Liz is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our four helplines – Cardiff and Vale Advocacy Gateway, Bridgend Voice and Choice, Gwent Access To Advocacy, and Meic. She ensures quality standards and the learning and development of our helpline adviser advocates.
Liz aims to ensure everyone’s voices are heard and listened to by providing high-quality helpline services that focus on rights-based, person-centred information, advice, assistance, and advocacy.
