Our Helpline Adviser Advocates deliver rights-based and person-centred information, advice, assistance and advocacy helpline services to children, young people parents, carers and professionals.

At ProMo-Cymru we have spent the last 30 years developing services, including information websites, advocacy helplines and community regeneration projects. We are the organisation behind The Abacus, FamilyPoint Cymru, Meic, TheSprout and the Ebbw Vale Institute. We are passionate about supporting young people, families and communities.
We have vacancies on our Trustee and Management Board. This is a voluntary role, we meet approximately every 6 weeks from 5.30pm – 7.30pm in Cardiff Bay. We are particularly looking for experience in third sector development, funding, marketing and/or human resources.
