Eiriolwyr Gynghorwyr Llinell Gymorth (llawn amser, rhan amser) Swyddfa Caerdydd a/neu weithio o gartref Cyflog: £22,221 y flwyddyn

Yn gweithio yn y Tîm Gweithredu Cymdeithasol byddech yn trosglwyddo gwasanaethau llinell gymorth gwybodaeth, cyngor, cymorth ac eiriolaeth i blant, pobl ifanc, rhieni, gofalwyr a gweithwyr proffesiynol wedi’i selio ar hawliau ac yn canolbwyntio ar y person – gan gynnwys Meic/Llais a Dewis Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr/PECF/MIEG

Byddech chi’n gallu:

Creu cysylltiad positif gydag amrywiaeth eang o bobl

Creu gwahaniaeth positif gyda’r bobl sydd yn cysylltu â chi

Bod yn ddylanwad positif ar y tîm

Gweithio shifftiau gan gynnwys nosweithiau a phenwythnosau

3.         We are currently looking to recruit applicants who can demonstrate their suitability and / or potential (take this out) to deliver the above.

4.         We recognise the need to facilitate opportunities for learning and development to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver. The extent to which this is required will determine whether applicants are considered for a trainee position or not.

5.         Trainees will be given every opportunity to progress their learning and development to ensure incremental progress through the salary scale.

6.         Sessional work is also available, and is remunerated within the HAA salary scale.
